Should I Dump My Bf Or Give Me Another Chance?

W ben friends for 5 months then we were in a relationship for a month and I was about to fall more in love with him but he said it was over and then after 5 days ,we talked about making up and then we made up after a week even thought he broke my heart. NOw that we mad up, its been 2 weeks and he been working all the time and he never took me out on a real date , he barely talks to me and sees me . sometime he just calls me late at night and that’s it. Kevin ( my bf) doesn’t flirt with me say 3 letter word . I think he trying to be a good bf but doesn’t have the time. Last night, he called me late and told me he won’t have a phone when he goes on his trip with his dad ,and I told him my day was interesting because I lost a friend and h said oh and doesn’t support me or call me cut names . I ask him if he wants to sleep and he said yes and good night like he wanted me to go. I just told him, on Facebook, the problems I have with him but he doesn’t say a word. Also he very high in debt so I guess that’s why he doesn’t buy m stuff or take me out. Im still upset that h bought him self $200 instead of taking me out when we fist started the relationship. he smokes but I don’t and I understand why h won’t quit. he 29 . im 22. So again, basically, I feel h not trying hard enough to mak the relationship work . I told him that but h sais nothing . I told him I will leave him alone for the weekend since he avoiding me for the weekend.:( should I just dump the guy? or wait al little longer because he said he will take me out on a date 6 days from now even though h told me he doesn’t know if he free 6 days from now after all.. He just become WORSE when I gave him a second chances. On the day he mad up with me, we went food shopping but I bought my food and h bough his lunch . I wish he bought me lunch so I can feel special. he would cook for me too.. I one time paid for a date and it went well and he one time took me to Burger King because that’s all he could afford. when we spent time together without money all he doesn’t is want to touch me and do sexually stuff with me and and doesn’t hold my hand when we walk..i try to watch am movie with him at my house but it sound like he didn’t want to. please help thank you any advice would do
